Watsons i-Kiosk – New Technology That Improves Customer Experience
Aspiring to be the retailer of tomorrow, the brand will be expanding their digital footprint by introducing the all new Watsons i-Kiosk in collaboration with Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA).

Launching first at Watsons’ flagship store at Takashimaya Shopping Centre, the Watsons i-Kiosk will feature a host of digital mediums that aim to better enhance customers’ in-store shopping experience.

With this new interactive initiative consisting of four different functions, shoppers can now easily browse through the Watsons catalogue to find out more in-store events as well as be up-to-date with the latest store / member promotions and contests on Wat’s Hot and Members Only respectively. Staying ahead of today’s rapid technology pace, the Watsons i-Kiosk also has Near Field Communication (NFC) capabilities to make for speedy information sharing, where shoppers can conveniently download the digital catalogues.

It also encompasses a photobooth function – Snap & Share, where individuals can simply snap a photo of their shopping spree in Watsons or trying a new product, decorate it with insta-frames and designs, and save it to phones. Alternatively, share that picture with family and friends on social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook and Instagram using More Of Us.

elite card Members – Bringing More To Dedicated Customers

Customers will be treated to on-the-spot makeovers as well as trial sampling. Seeking to push boundaries by bringing convenience right to the doorstep, Watsons on Wheels will be collaborating with partners from all categories, ranging from beauty to health-related, as well as baby brands, to bring customers the latest products and trends.

To kick off the launch, Watsons will first be partnering with Maybelline to showcase their ColorShow Mobile Pop-up store that will be making its rounds to locations that include Cineleisure, Singapore Management University, Clarke Quay and Float @ Marina Bay, just to name a few.
