LOTD with Loreal Color Riche Les Ombres eyeshadows in Tropical Tutu

A very simple LOTD using Loreal Color Riche Les Ombres eyeshadows in Tropical Tutu

My hair not as orangey now... anyway, I kinda miss the super red red hair when I first dye it (that lasted for about a week!)

My skin have been so dry lately~ and the dryness kinda make my skin look even dull and redish!!! I stop trying new "hydrating" skincare and switch to my all time fave "Elizabeth Arden Ceramide Premiere Intense Moisture (link)" and "Belif moisturizing bomb (link)" BOTH are great for soothing and heal dry, tight and flakey skin!!!!

I will do more lip color swatches and LOTD once my skin is feeling better (for the time being, I'm just trying to clear as much backlogs as possible!)

Using the green from the Loreal Color Riche Les Ombres eyeshadows in Tropical Tutu on the lids and the blue at the outer corner. Orange for undereye's lash line (not very obvious)

This palette was kinda disappointing as compare to the other Loreal Color Riche Les Ombres eyeshadows.  The pigmentation was not as loud as we see from the pan.... but nevertheless the colors are still very pretty with a nice even frosty sheen which reminds me of some mass brand eyeshadows.

Products used
(I know it look like alot of products.... but I kinda use one or 2 in each palettes)

Za Killer Volume Mascara

The Face Shop Lesson 02 Slim Long Mascara (for my undereye's lashes)

Benefit the POREfessional pro balm (as foundation primer)
Benefit Fake Up undereye concealer (Very hydrating, non cakey, average coverage concealer)
Shu uemura dual fit pressed powder in shade 04 (Purple) (link)

Shape my brows with Kpalette brow liner in shade 01
Sugarpill Burning heart palette - using a mixture of Flamepoint (orange) and Love+ (red) to color my brows and coat it with Kate brow's mascara.

Loreal Lucent Magique In R2 (medium coverage, awesome shade that brighten up my complexion)
MAC Mineralize Skinfinish in lightscapade (as face highlight)
The Face Shop Lesson 02.Change-up Magic Touch - Radiance Makeup fixer (LOVE THIS)

Loreal Color Riche Les Ombres eyeshadows in Tropical Tutu (link)
MAC Siahi Fluidline
Limecrime eyeshadow helper (eyeshadow primer)

Diamond Beauty Cream Cheek in Strawberry Pink (link)
MAC Instant Chic powder blush
Make Up For ever Camouflage Palette cream (using the green/skintone shade to cover up some red spot around my chin/cheek)

I'm using lipbalm in this look~

A personal Makeup Consultation with Benjamin Ruiz of Laura Mercier

Sometimes back, I was invited for a personal Makeup Consultation session with leading Laura Mercier Global Makeup Artist, Benjamin Ruiz. And discover a fresh, flawless and feminine new me with their Spring collection!

I had my makeover session at Royal Plaza on Scotts instead of Tangs Orchard Laura Mercier counter - aways from the crowds(which is good in someway.. I think ^^)

And my dear Ming (miwitch) she wanna tag along to help me take pics (That's what friends are for... using each others be there for each others, kekekeke~)

A case full of Laura Mercier products!!!!

Me with just sunblock and sleepy eyes~

Don't ask me why I look weird, he's (Benjamin Ruiz) explaining what he going to use on me..
type of primer and foundation .....

While explaining he also let me feel the products that he's going to apply on my face ~

He's using Laura mercier top selling oil free foundation primer to prime my skin, follow by Silk creme foundation in creme ivory.

The key for a light natural finishing is to apply little by little.... cos I told him I prefer sheer and dewy finishing. This foundation doesn't feel heavy and it's does brighten up my discoloration complexion.

I told him that I'm concerned about my dry undereye areas - he then apply the Laura mercier Flawless skin repair eye serum (This can be apply before or after liquid founation). The eyeserum is in this glowy pink translucent shade that brighten up the undereye areas instantly and also hydrate the dry skin.

The key for non-cakey undereyes is moisturize the under eyeareas with eye products (eyecream, eyegel, eye serum and ects...)

Follow by Secret camouflage concealer in SC-3 for spots. This concealer is an oil free concealer, and because it doesn't contain any oil, the texture is very thick and not suitable for undereye's areas.

To prevent cakeyness/patchyness - warm the concealer on the back of our hand and light apply onto the skin with a brush.

And he use Secret concealer in shade 2 for my undereyes. and set it with loose setting powder in translucent (it's feel like silica powder) - This concealer is meant  for under eye's area because it's more creamy contain abit of oil and have a hint of "orange tone".

And set my whole face with Flawless face accessories Secret brightening powder in shade 1

For my eye's makeup
Eye basic in Flax
Caviar eye stick in Orchid (Swatches)
Eye pencil in midnight blue
Arabesque palette (using Bare yoga, satin ribbon and soft cloud)
Creme liner in Cobalt (swatches)
Faux lash mascara in black)
Brow pencil in blonde
Brow powder duo in Light auburn/Dark auburn

Laura Mercier Free Spirit Baked Eye Colour Palette (*NEW* available in March) perfectly pairs five baked eye colours into one convenient compact and includes a double-ended Eye Colour/Crème Eye Detail Brush for flawless application. Create endless looks using each shade dry for a more natural look or wet to add intensity and drama to the eyes.

Oops... I forgot to swatch this palette :( (You gotta check it out at the counter! Sorry about that!!)
Cream cheek in rosebud (I like how the cream cheek feels on my skin... doesn't feel oily nor cakey)

*Crème Cheek Colour – Extentions available on Counter in March 2013
Laura Mercier Crème Cheek Colour is a long-wearing cream blush that provides natural-looking colour with sheer, buildable coverage and a soft, velvety finish.

Lipcolor in arabesque (S soft pale coral pink shade)

Done~ lolx... Ming very comical lor never wait for me to get ready first!!!

Here come the #epicfail (I forgot to take a closeup selfshot of the eye makeup !!!!!!!)
