Sunplay Skin Aqua UV Moisture Milk SPF50

Sometimes back, Sunplay launched 3 new products under "Skin Aqua" range and I was provided with the Skin Aqua UR Moisture Milk with SPF 50+ PA+++

Introducing New Sunplay SKIN Aqua UV Moisture Milk SPF50 PA+++

Tired of greasy, strong-smelling sunscreen? Skin Aqua is ultra light with its Japanese watery liquid texture. The lotion is comfy and absorbs quickly without giving a white cast. It is non-greasy with a matt powdery finish for the perfect make-up primer. Non-sticky no matter how many times you re-apply.

Skin Aqua is fragrance, color, alcohol and oil free, and is suitable for all skin types.

Skin Aqua has Solarex-3, a revolutionary formula with 3 comprehensive levels of UV defense. It protects skin from surface to deep within for long hours. Super hydrating too!

The New Generation Solarex-3 (3-in-1 Sun Protection)
  • Long Lasting, Superior UV Protection: Advanced photo-stability with the highest UVA & UVB protection for long periods of safe sun exposure. UV rays are reflected away like from a mirror.
  • UV Anti-Aging Protection: Two powerful anti-aging ingredients, RonaCare Exotin and French Golden Algae, help to prevent pigmentation and wrinkles from surface to deep within.
  • Intense Hydration (Dryness Protection): Hyaluronic Acid, Collagen & Vitamin E intensely hydrate and lock-in moisture for long hours, so skin stays refreshingly moist.

After trying this sunblock on and off for a period of more then ONE month... here my thoughts on this new Skin Aqua UV Moisture Milk by Sunplay.

I apply sunblock on clean face before my skincare (Read about it here)

  • The texture feel just like any "sunplay" product.. very runny and have a tiny bit of white tint to it.
  • Lightweight
  • It does feels abit oily (not those "thick" type of oily texture)
  • The oilyness make the it feel really smooth and silky on the skin.
  • Give skin a nice smooth canvas for foundation (especially those "thick" type)
  • doesn't feel sticky
  • doesn't leave a white cast on the face
  • absorb quite well, thought it does feel abit silky type of oily film on the skin surface.
I don't mind cos it make foundation application alot smoother. (if you don't like it, can use a piece of tissue to lightly dap off the serum.)
  • doesn't cause any skin irritation during the period of using the sunblock
  • doesn't cause any break out
  • Quite moisturizing, but if you have dry skin, do apply moisturizer.
  • The sunblock power was quite decent for normal day out.
  • But it's not that powerful if you going to stand under hotsun around noon period (say 12am to 3pm) .. I got minor sunburn from it without reapplying. (But not really that serious kind la.. only abit of itchyness, redness and minor flaking on my nose, chin and my forehead)
  • Not too sure about the "waterproof" cos I didn't wear this to the beach or swimming pool. But it doesn't feel too drying like most waterproof sunblock.
  • Skin does look abit radiant and supple with I have this sunblock on.

  • Overall, this is a decent sunblock for all skin types.
Might feel abit oily for oily skin.
