Turmeric powder for beautiful, healthy skin and body.

[Sharing some tips]

Just now when I was having a glass of warm water with 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric powder (aka yellow ginger powder)... I think to myself, why not share this to everyone (For those who already knew ... High 5 to pretty skin, healthy body!)
I learned about this afew years back(plus my dad love to tell us all kinda of stuff we can gain from taking herbs and fruits) and I will drink it when I'm in the mood (I'm not that hardworking to drink it everyday).
But why turmeric? Because it is a powerful herb and it so easy to get it... since it's always siting in the kitchen cabinate (right?right?)

Some of the benefits:::
With just 1/2 a teaspoon of the powder mix in warm water a day (If you are having curry everyday- then you can skip drinking it in warm water! lolx) - it will force out the toxin and rejuvenate the liver.
Turmeric powder is high in anti-oxidant properties, it will reduces inflammation in joints, protects the heart, reduces cholesterol and keeps us very healthy. It also enhances digestion, normalizes metabolism and expels intestinal parasites.

Beside turmeric purifies blood and good blood will nourishes the skin and gives us a healthy natural glowy and radiance skin.

The powder can be apply on skin too.. mix with honey and water and it will help to reduces inflammation of skin, blemishes,smoothens it and prevents many skin ailments.
Thick Paste of turmeric applied on wounds will acts as an excellent antibiotic, speed up the healing process, reduces pain and inflammation.
