Brazil Nut is a super skin savior for dry skin as it is filled with a high concentration of antioxidants. The Body Shop Brazil nut oil is obtained through their Community Fair Trade programme which protects over 3,000 hectares of Peruvian rainforest by providing a livelihood for the nut collectors and nut crackers who are part of the Candela co-operative.
It's a good product to try during this crazy #sghaze period... need to fight off free radicals from our skin and body by using (or consuming) high anti-oxidants products.
Brazil Nut Beautifying oil
Price : SD$22.90
A multi-tasking, non-sticky, fragrant oil. Use on body, hair and face to instantly banish dryness, restore softness and provide a radiant glow.
I enjoy using The Body Shop beautifying oil.. they smell nice, feel nice on the skin (I haven't try using the oil on the face yet... but I do love it on my feet, body, nails and hair tips) It's does feel a bit oily and the fragrance doesn't cause any irritation on my skin (so far I've tried Shea and Moringa.. was tempted to get the strawberry one.. LOVE strawberry)
Brazil Nut Body Butter
Price : SD$30.90
The body shop sumptuous body butter, instantly melts in, delivering round-the-clock hydration for skin that feels superbly soft and smooth.
So far all The Body Shop Body Butter I have tried doesn't feel this thick (Like the Satsuma one).. feels abit more moist and more of a "lotion-y" texture.
This just are a but more "solid" and when I smooth it on my skin... Ooooh.. it doesn't feel as oily(maybe cos not as moist).. but it does make skin feel ooooh~ (maybe cos my body is kinda dry and this just make my skin feel so much better!)
The butter is thick, but it doesn't have the sticky and balm or "ointment" type of texture ... this cream just melts into the skin.
And this smell so yummy~
Comparison between Brazil nut and Satsuma body butter
Looks almost the same.. but satsuma is more "watery"
When I hold Brazil nut body butter upside down.. the cream doesn't shift abit... but satsuma will start to slide.. .. (you get what I means right? lolx)
Brazil Nut Cream Scrub
Price : SD$30.90
This is a creamy exfoliating scrub that helps stimulate skin microcirculation and leave skin with a velvety soft and smooth texture.
This smell even better then the Brazil Nut Body Butter ~ so yummy I can eat it!
I haven't try this out yet, cos of my eczema flare out.. I don't dare to use any "scrub" products on my body.. Will keep this on hold.. but I believe this will feel really luxe on the skin~
Beside they also have Brazil Nut shower cream (SD$12.90), Brazil Nut Eau de Toilette (SD$22.90) and Brazil Nut Body Mist (SD$19.90)
