RoC Perfecting Lotion Toner (Review)

The perfecting toning lotion by RoC -  specially formulated to minimise the risk of allergies.Developed to unclog pores and tone the skin.

Tone, refresh, hydrate skin.

This toner smell very refreshing...  have the similar scent of ROC Hydra+ 24Hrs Hydrating cream (review)

Ingredients list...
Aqua, PEG-8, Poloxamer 188, Sorbitol, Panthenol, Dipotassium Phosphate, Potassium Phosphate, Methylparaben, Phenoxyethanol, Propylparaben, Ethylparaben, Parfum (Fragrance).

I received this toner months ago and only start using it in April 2012.... (after I finished my cleansing water)
So this is how I feel after using this for more then a month...
  • It does contain fragrance, but it doesn't cause any skin irritation on my somewhat "sensitive" skin!
  • Did not experience any break-out
  • Doesn't have any sting-y/burning sensation
  • Love the refreshing feel and scent
  • Soothing and refreshing
  • Pores look much clearer..
  • skin does feel smooth and supple (it might be the result of the moisturizer or collagen drinks)
  • Doesn't make my skin feel tight nor too drying
  • Skin does look clearer
  • It doesn't feel harsh on my dry sensitive skin
  • feel and works like a cleansing water

I haven't been using toner for quite sometimes now, because I use cleansing water (Love cleansing water!!!!)
Most peoples think that toner are something that "tone" and "tighten" pores.  Well.. it does tone, but it won't tighten the pores.
Toner is the 2nd steps of cleansing. To wipe off dirts and left over cleanser on the face that water didn't rinse off.
Soak up a cotton square pad (soak it wet because it will wet the skin easily plus it won't cause too much harsh(dry) rubbing on the skin) and lightly wipe it around your face and focusing more of trouble areas (cheeks, nose, T-zone and area along the hair lines).

Alittle update on my skin condition -
If you have follow my blog, you will know that my skin have changed from mild oily combination to dry combination now.
It's doesn't flake or feeling tight most of the time NOW (Which is much worse before).... but it does feel abit dry after cleansing.
If I skip a few hrs after shower without using moisturizer, it will start to feel very uncomfortable, which I never experience before!!!!
For NOW, my night skincares products are mostly for dry or anti-aging products.
